International Corporate-Sector Ombuds day 2020
This year the on October 13th an International Ombudsman Day was organized via online. Ombuds day always a unique opportunity to celebrate the ombuds professional. One of the organizers of International Ombuds day was Diana Mosonyi Founder and President of the Hungarian Organizational Ombuds Association (SZOE). At the conference, we were able to listen to renowned speakers such as Charles L. Howard, executive director of the International Association of Ombudsmen, or just Lynne Chaillat, the McKinsey ombudsman. The presentations can watch in the videos above.

During my work, I use the following conflict management tools to help organizations operate efficiently and effectively.
All of my workshops are focusing on communication, conflict resolution, and leadership skills that are highly interactive and fun but also accomplish the very serious job of developing your workforce to become better leaders who are more conflict and communication savvy and better, negotiators.
ORGANIZATIONAL ASSESSMENT AND OPTIMIZATION SERVICES
I work with you and the organization and conduct a thorough review to identify deep-rooted barriers to productivity such as role issues, communication problems, and leadership style factors that may affect overall productivity. I do not impose solutions from the outside but work with the organization to collaboratively develop solutions that fit the very specific workplace culture and goals.
ORGANIZATIONAL OMBUDS SERVICE
I can provide ombuds services for clients requiring neutral, confidential dispute resolution services or I can develop a complete ombuds service with support from the design stage to the implementation stage. My team has proven experience in reducing conflict and successful resolution of difficult cases in a variety of government and private workplaces.
Organizational mediation means managing conflict between two parties at work. In the process, everyone can express their own grievances and perspectives in a safe environment without interruption. The focus of the process will be on exploring opportunities that will help improve connectivity and communication.

Based on my qualifications, I am a sociologist and economist. I graduated with a master's degree in management and organization as an organizational mediator. After graduating, I deepened my knowledge and experience in organizational conflict management in the United States. During this time, thanks to various training and practical opportunities, I have acquired the knowledge that I can use to support organizations in practice (not just on paper).
Several years of the American experience, such as working at the University of California, San Diego Ombudsman’s Office.
