Ombuds service for clients requiring neutral, confidential dispute resolution and informal problem-solving services creates a harmonious and trusted organisational culture. 

Why ombuds service?

For the organisation, ombuds service is to foster and support a secure climate and harmonious organisational culture.

 

The service offers independent support to speak up in a safe environment and raise critical concerns with no fear of retaliation for the employee. Employees can feel heard without judgment. 

 

The ombuds service is an Early warning system for the management and analyses root causes of employee complaints.

Mediation is a voluntary, confidential and informal way for people experiencing conflict, discussing their concerns, and moving forward or making decisions with an impartial mediator.

The best resolution to any problem is usually one worked out by the people involved!

During the process, parties talk, listen and work through their conflict. As a mediator, I do not advise or decide the outcome; instead, I assist the parties in resolving the conflict, ensuring more outstanding commitment.

Conflict coaching is a simple and easily available tool that helps you see the conflict/ problem from a different perspective. You can express and ventilate all your thoughts without judgment to find the best solution for you.

 

Why conflict coaching? 

Conflict Coaching session supports independence and self-responsibility, improved confidence and self-esteem. It helps to discuss and reflect on the issues you are experiencing to understand your responses and yourself better. It is a confidential, client-led process that helps you create new and more effective responses to your situation. 

Conflict Coaching is for YOU If 

  • you are experiencing difficulties due to an unresolved dispute, a complaint,

  • a relationship breakdown,

  • anger management issues,

  • bullying experiences, or other difficult situations you are involved in. 

The difficulty could be at work, within the family, in the neighbourhood, anywhere.

Organizational Ombuds Training

The first Ombudsman Foundation training will start at the end of February of 2021 in Hungary.

 

The aim of the interactive course is to get acquainted with the informal systematic conflict management methodology.

 

It is beneficial for those interested in preventing, managing, and resolving conflict in their organisation, whether mediators, coaches, HR people, or managers.

At the moment, this is only available in Hungarian!
